too scared to turn.
Run from the truths,
hidden inside.
Ignore all proof,
let ego hide.
Behave offbeat,
life is a zoo,
in the hot seat,
pray for a clue.
Aim for self care,
burn in pure guilt.
Aimless seems fair,
break what was built.
Start to comply,
change image too.
Erase all lies,
start over new.

Nice, Grace. I used to get panic attacks. Now my 14 year old granddaughter is getting them. Absolutely real, difficult to deal with and no fun at all. 😞
