Happy Easter!!! Have a beautiful day!!! Enjoy! 💕
Tall tree so vast, it hugs the sky,
with branches that stretch low and high,
like arms that reach a higher place,
to touch the clouds then slow their pace.
Up high, a boy finds rest and peace,
a comfy branch offers release.
Strong trunk beneath, so firm and grand,
supports him high above the land.
Its roots a story, deep and old,
whispers the secrets nature holds.
In every curve, a silent song,
of time that moves, each day along.
Young man lies still, where daylight falls,
with dancing leaves great wisdom sprawls,
as his mind rests his spirit leaps,
above the world, half way to sleep.
Eyes semi-closed, he dreams away,
lush forrest hums as hours’ sway,
although the man is far from ground,
he feels pure love deeply profound.
Beautiful fortress made of wood,
where jaded souls capture their good,
a place where earth and sky entwine,
and life slows down, simply divine.

Dawn breaks, ever bright,
hope flies freely in the air,
faith stirs heart and soul.

Warm breeze softly hums,
Leaves sway in gentle sunlight,
Peace with every breath.

Nature’s whisper,
swiftly, unseen,
leaves softly dance,
sway in between.
Unique designs,
swirl in the air,
full heads face down,
walk unaware.
Trees stretch branches,
patterns so fine,
treasures woven,
by hands of time.
Overlook grace,
dash through the park,
blind as pure charm,
glows in the dark.
Streams hum sweet tunes,
earth understands,
hurry along,
life feels so bland.
Ideal plans,
drift with the breeze,
lost in shuffle,
caught by the sea.
Signs all around,
amidst the rush,
secrets are found,
inwardly hush.
Art of the world,
endlessly flows,
sings a bright song,
pause so heart knows.

Prompt – Nature’s design

Sunlight slowly fades
Yesterday flies with the breeze
Silver stars twinkle
– Grace Y. Estevez – Reddy
The moon lit night sky gently glows,
she sleeps where wild winds softly blow,
among the stones fantasies leap,
her body cradled in deep sleep.
Thick jagged rocks form a firm bed,
earth’s pillow holds her heavy head.
Deep dreams run lost through time and space,
reverie caught an endless place.
Within the rocks, there lies no strife,
but in it’s place lives endless life.
As soon as dawn begins to rise,
she wakes to hear soft inner cries.
Ancestors whisper ancient songs,
she slumbers where cold stones belong.
Woman in stone, peacefully still,
forever bound to nature’s will.

Reflections shine,
eyes look away.
How did my life end up this way?
So many dreams died within me,
still long for hopes of
“What would be?”
The innocence of yesterday,
made life worth living everyday.
Stale clouds crept to embrace the now,
rain poured so hard, all faith fell down.
Salty tears dance
upon my lips,
I swallow hard,
pray sorrows slip.
Take a deep breath,
“What will come next?”
my mind narrates a brighter text.
Tomorrow plays a brighter song,
no space for doubts, nothing goes wrong.
Splashes of dreams cascade inside,
trust higher source always provides.
