What Could Be

Twirl around
dreams come and go,
lingered sounds
the same old tones.
Feathered thoughts
flow with the breeze.
Dreams are lost
like misplaced keys.
Years pass by
moments are gone,
hopes are sighs
each day a yawn.
Count rain drops
assign a wish,
suitcase hops,
a joyful switch.
Paint a smile
till it is real,
feel love pile
absorb and heal.
Every pore
fills with white light,
dreams explore
as life turns bright.

  1. Wonderful reflections.
    The following verse resonated;
    **Dreams are lost
    like misplaced keys.
    Years pass by
    moments are gone,
    hopes are sighs
    each day a yawn.**

    – dreams as keys…beautiful and brilliant!

  2. So much positive power in your words that dance to the tune of your poem dear Grace. You are just amazing ❤
