Found Voice

Timid eyes,
head bowed down,
too afraid to want for more.
Scared to try,
filled with clouds,
search hard for an inner roar.

Shaky hands,
posture slumped,
weighted efforts holds down score.
Nothing lands,
always dumped,
can not grasp the slightest roar.

Shuts down mind,
pure love flies,
lands securely at his core.
Treats self kind,
heartbeats rise,
whispers soft purrs, still no roar.

Full of peace,
insides sing,
expectations land ashore.
Filled with ease,
like a king,
life vibrates to his strong roar.

Bond

Breathe peace with me,
as our hearts beat,
our love flies free,
sacred paths meet.
Great hopes to share
all I have learned,
clear from all fears
or drawn concerns.

Know you can reach
all goals when set,
when insecure,
then give your best.
If when time rings,
plans do not come,
life surely brings,
some better ones.

My precious child,
beautiful pearl,
so warm and mild,
you are my world.
Inhale all views,
to understand,
gain comes through truths,
without demands.

Gifts from above,
rests within you,
drink from pure love,
then share it too.
Refill your fuel,
it goes both ways,
if mutual,
love never sways.

Take sound advice
from proven hands,
thoughts that are wise
rarely command,
avoid debates,
self resonate,
open the gate,
to a bright fate.

Kindred Spirit

With me everyday and night,
feel your essence, always bright.
Chase off darkness with pure light,
change mistakes from wrong to right.

Silhouette, carries great ease.
Silhouette, worries decrease.
Silhouette, flows with the breeze.
Silhouette, bringer of peace.

Whisper thoughts so I create,
in my mind your voice narrates.
Teach me all your wisest traits,
help me turn good into great.

Outline of clear purity.
Outline holds security.
Outline provides clarity.
Outline gives prosperity.

Close my eyes, know you are there,
heartbeats show how much you care.
Divine love, treasure so rare,
connection beyond compare.

Shadow lets my heart fly free.
Shadow traces what I see.
Shadow foresees what will be.
Shadow lives deep within me.

Camaraderie

Sun shine on the meadow,
grass from green to yellow,
warm breeze that feels mellow,
serenity echoes.

Three ponies roaming free,
fill my day with pure glee.
Lessons from what I see,
set my perceptions free.

They all feed off the land,
and somehow understand,
that right from where they stand,
nature offers her hand.

Beautiful and serene,
inhale this gorgeous scene,
of a precise routine,
a fellowship so sheen.

Within this large clear space,
choosing to interlace,
they each find their own place,
invisible embrace.

Hello Again

My yard offers a comfort zone,
a serene place to call your own.
The endless journey you have flown,
brings you right back, but not alone.

I wake up to your egg filled nest,
feel a great joy deep in my chest.
Happy to see my cherished guest,
choose my home for safety and rest.

Leave for a feed though not for long,
hesitant but you must stay strong.
Your partner sits where you belong,
hear your return through whistled songs.

Two weeks swiftly pass by so fast,
your hatchlings form a multicast,
their distinct chirps make echoes last,
listening to them is a blast.

I see you teach fledglings to try,
you push them till they learn to fly.
Feel prideful tears reach both my eyes,
knowing it’s time to say good bye.

Look forward to this time next year,
your visits bring me so much cheer.
I will make sure your space is cleared,
perfectly set when you appear.

Catalina

Too strong to ask for help,
while knowing you are weak.
Too right to see the wrongs,
in all the lies you speak
.

Trendsetter paving paths,
expect for sheep to follow.
A solid stone-filled heart,
can only teach great sorrow
.

Proof in your hazel eyes,
filled up with fallen dreams.
Imprisoned hidden smiles,
muffle loud inner screams
.

It did not go your way,
manipulate the truth.
Point out imagined flaws,
hope no one mentions you
.

You can not show pure love,
that you have never known.
Can not emit warm light,
if cold is all you own
.

Pity towards your fine clan,
is what I feel inside.
They can not see your games,
or how you play their mind
.

Feel sorry for you too,
unspoken hurts cause pain.
Hope you can heal within,
attract much needed gain
.

One day our worlds may crash,
at intersecting roads.
Our lives perhaps aligned,
with no lingering holds.

Ride

Cycle on this busy day,
so much work, no time for play.
A quick stop without delay,
run errands while on my way.

Park the bike, notice display,
silently stare and survey,
swallow details in dismay,
absorb joyful times today.

Know that all will be okay,
hope this feeling always stays.
Solid bonds will never sway,
signs appear where pure hearts lay.

Close both eyes, enjoy sun rays,
let bright thoughts chase off the grays.
Tinted laughs never decay,
memories of yesterday.
