Full Sight

Nature’s eyes create all scenes
Abstract acts, fall undeceived
Try to keep her nice and clean
Unpolluted not bereaved
Recycle for this fine queen
Excellence can be achieved

Agriculture should be green
Landscapes lush, carefully cleaved
Wonders forever foreseen
Always with love interweaved
You and I must intervene
So earth’s grief can be relieved

Serene views drive the machine
Everlasting life conceived
Effortless new found routines
Satisfy past stains, aggrieved

Stationary

Encompassed by hardened clones,
feel as my hear beats alone.
Try to fit in, do my best,
deep inhale fills up my chest.

Perfectly chiseled statue,
stands in place without a clue.
Motionless, always so still,
never to encounter thrills.

Notice vacancy in eyes,
silently hear relief sigh.
Glad to be of flesh and bones,
not an image made of stone.

Play pretend with figurines,
take pictures to keep this scene.
Pleased to be in this moment,
that will pass and not cement.

Gain great joys from every touch,
smell, taste, hear, sight, hugs that clutch.
Absorb love through every pore,
sense the soul that guides my core.

One last look to say goodbye,
gratitude touches the sky.
Happy for this present life,
and for a spirit that thrives.

Impromptu

Abandoned on a tree trunk stump,
alone with aromatic funk.
Await to go out, skip, and jump,
the days that pass erase all spunk.

Profound hollowness deep within,
debate on what new days will bring.
Never to feel feet, socks, or skin,
questions are sprung as nature clings.

Sun dries up dirt that turns to dust,
soon forrest rain transforms to mud.
Inside feel life grow with full trust,
excitement rises with each bud.

Repurposed from unwanted boots,
strength that cascades midnight’s dew.
Guardian of free spirited roots,
with a great purpose built anew.

Candyland

Brown plain wrapped gift with bright red bow,
my heartbeat shifts as visions glow.
Contains sweetness for me and you,
gummy fruit streets, taffy path chews.

Confection sprinkles twinkling rain,
taste buds tingle with gleeful gain.
Bubble gum home, pixie straw beams,
sofa of sponged glazed bear claw dreams.

A giant bed made of fudge bars,
caramel sheets wrap sleep with sparks.
Marshmallow pillows comforts head,
warm mattress from banana bread.

Powdered sugar dust in the air,
candy coated thoughts everywhere.
Unwrapped surprises, minds could see,
delicious images fly free.

Unveil

Is there a dark truth,
hidden before our eyes?
A deep mystery,
most will love to deny?
Is there a shadow,
lurking for full control?
Are heavy anchors,
grasping desperate souls?

This world is complex,
tough to truly explain.
Always evolving,
but somehow stays the same.
Searching for the truth,
through a great masters lense.
Knowledge is power
offering a defence.

Is life what it seems,
receive all that we take?
Or maybe perceived,
living through what we make?
Will answers appear,
if we patiently wait?
Are all answers good,
if they are left to fate?

This life is a gift,
an adventure with thrills.
Clutching to our hopes,
swallowing like a pill.
Consciousness defined,
by thoughts known as real,
without facts outlined,
guided by what we feel.

Impactful Crash

When ocean waves,
speak with the breeze,
words sing so brave,
dance flows with ease.

Salt water slips,
on floors of sand,
the deepest dip,
forces command.

Stone anchorage,
offers great views.
Peaceful courage,
magical hues.

Surf full of love,
slides, to then crash.
Creates a cove,
laughs with a splash.

All day and night,
an endless show,
sways to sun light,
as the wind blows.

Beautiful times,
blanket the shore.
Always sublime,
forever more.

Bridge through Time

Arrive at the bridge,
take a long deep breath,
gain inner courage,
bruised thoughts meet their death.

I cling to the past,
because it is known,
the only time lived,
where outcomes are shown.

A present today,
is the current state,
live in the moment,
forgetting blind fate.

A written future,
not currently seen,
created details,
live in the machine.

Look back at old days,
a whimsical time,
oblivious to pain,
shielded from all crimes.

A pen in my hand,
the paper still blank,
a time left behind,
with lessons to thank.

Tomorrow is vague,
not written in stone,
with each rising sun,
greet every unknown.

Leave old scars behind,
like burned tire tracks,
bright visions will find,
light to heal all cracks.

Refrain

Polish life till it shines,
respect everyone’s choice.
Do not overrule mine,
or muffle out my voice.

You are all that you are,
I am all that I am.
Your words carry great charm,
still I reject commands.

While you drive in your lane,
you will find your own path.
My blinders shield my brain,
as I soak in my bath.

A helpful suggestion,
or warning, can be nice,
but if unrequested,
do not share your advice.

It may be compelling,
for eyes that witness needs,
to suggest by telling,
or to plant sprouting seeds.

As I live and let live,
hope all could understand,
hearts that genuinely give,
require no demands.

Friendly Date

Out for a bite,
huge appetite,
plates are all out,
mind fills with doubts.
To eat this now,
breaks silent vow.
try to loose weight,
or take the bait.

Friends out to brunch,
decide to munch,
they all fit in,
all are quite thin.
They eat and laugh,
split mine in half,
then say “I’m full”,
hunger still pulls.

Drink some water,
hunger alters,
stay on health track,
do not feel lack.
Time soon passes,
sweeps and splashes,
was not easy,
goals land freely.

Lunch out with friends,
compliments blend,
still unfulfilled,
but health rebuilds.
Feel accepted,
yet rejected,
what they now see,
was always me.

Adjust

I am not angel, but still try,
throughout bright days and gloomy nights.
If this world is all my eyes see,
then it was painted just for me.

Spray my words with gold dusty light,
understood through sound and insight.
Emotions sing whimsical tones,
so lucky ears can be atoned.

Miracles grow on solid ground,
all unknown answers swiftly found.
Every soul captures simple truths,
without the need for any proof.

Each new day is wrapped in pure joy,
adventures come with a flipped coin.
Pray perceptions keep this fresh view,
so my heart loves the life it drew.
