Stuffed Toy

Comfortable like a rag doll,
confidante, devoted pal,
tea time comes to play dress up,
fantasy fills empty cups.

Love me just the way I am,
no corrections or demands,
reflective views from my eyes,
helps self esteem fly up high.

Plush existence separates,
at times anger punches hate,
frustrations disintegrate,
guilty smiles makes all days great.

Satisfy deep inner wants,
cast off negative response,
sweep away arrogant acts,
shine insight to outline facts.

Accept me with all I do,
know my love is always true,
emotions obstruct clear views,
profound journey chases clues.

Pull the anchor, sail life’s boat,
let it go till true self floats,
watch actions reflect bright soul,
regain power, gain control.
