by my elders
so long ago.
Truly believed,
in what they said,
quickly followed
the path they led.
You are special,
one of a kind,
with abilities
so hard to find.
I will sit here,
read my story.
Teach me how to,
gain more glory.
You are unique,
very mature,
fixing problems,
that are not yours.
Tell me how to
beat the rat race.
Show me how to
achieve first place.
I am distinct
this I now know.
My ancestors
all told me so.
Filled with magic
for all to see.
