Gesture

A drop of love,
can change a life,
sent from above,
to dissolve strife.

Swiftly travels,
through space and time,
to unravel,
powerful climbs.

Compassion grows,
deeply within,
heartfelt smiles show,
positive wins.

Fulfillment flies,
until it lands,
brightens blue skies,
kisses warm sand.

The smallest pinch,
is all it takes,
give just an inch,
joy will not break.

Reflect good will,
to all around,
affection spills,
harmony found.

  1. I enjoy reading your beautiful and well written posts. I have been reading and liking but the Like button automatically uncheck Like. I believe it is a Cookies issue because it happens on other bloggers sites. I will look into it soon. Have a great day.

  2. Grace, this poem beautifully captures how even the smallest act of kindness can ripple outward, creating something bigger than itself. The steady rhythm and gentle movement through each stanza mirror that sense of kindness naturally spreading. I enjoyed reviewing this piece and exploring how it highlights the power of simple gestures.
I’ve shared my review with a portion of your poem here [https://adamfenner.wordpress.com/2025/02/16/gesture-reviewed/]. I am looking forward to reading more of your work. Keep writing and sharing. Best, Adam
