Crossroads

Her slips and falls
caused many laughs,
disdained by all,
she changed her path.

Led by instinct,
turned left to right,
each step distinct,
emitting light.

Feeling unsure
but not for long,
a hand assured,
her soul steered strong.

A mountain top
headed uphill.
Finally stopped
to then sit still.

Great pictures flashed
before her eyes,
explained her crash
and reason why.

Exposed her to
how life should be,
clearing her view,
her heart flew free.

She took a stand
fulfilled with grace,
strong faithful hand
caressed her face.

Composed each day
hearing her guides.
Love leads the way
source by her side.
