Affirmations

Rises with a gentle cheer,
as bright words draw him so near.
Inward chant, “I am enough,”
through thoughts of morning’s soft puff.

Walks to where the soft streams sing,
hears the robins joyful ring.
Paints the dawn with skies of gold,
in him warm truths a take hold.

Smile, because the day is kind,
peace rests within his calm mind.
Assured , “He can do his best,”
to keep his spirit at rest.

Each crisp leaf whispers so clear,
“Speak self love through future years.”
As the pine trees softly sway,
affirmations choose to stay.

When the sun offers to set,
worries run, hopes collect debts.
In his head says, “I am whole,”
as bright light fills up his soul.

Dusk arrives, the crickets hum,
one by one fireflies come.
He tells the night, “I am strong,”
the stars twinkle back in song.

“I have grown so much today,”
chases away darker gray.
Gratitude can takes full flight,
guiding dreams towards delight.

Through the wind, every sun rise,
and past moonlight’s silver ties,
he has learned life’s gentle art,
self compassion can heal hearts.

Every morning, seeds will grow,
so peaceful evenings can flow.
Sweet words mirrored dusk through dawn,
builds a life we can lean on.
