Worthy Crown (Published at Masticadores USA)

I am so happy to announce that my poem Worthy Crown is featured at MasticadoresUSA. I would love to thank Gabriela Marie Milton and the team at MasticadoresUSA for all of their support.

She walks for miles,
to hand out smiles,
will go the length,
to provide strength,
feels guilt inside,
disguised as pride,
but can’t say “no”,
so love won’t go.

Her big brown eyes,
are filled with sighs,
silently cries,
till tears run dry,
then plays pretend,
supports her friends,
always so strong,
shelters all storms.

The perfect days,
are on their way,
sun shines bright rays,
conquers all grays,
the time to bend,
finally ends,
she makes a choice,
to free her voice.

Her hands still help,
everyone else,
quenches her thirst,
learns she comes first,
life turns around,
presents a crown,
joy fills her face,
she shines with grace.

  1. The perfect days,
are on their way… and so perfect are your words. Congratulations, Grace! You deserve it 🎉💐💖

  2. Congratulations Grace. Getting your poems published has become a routine for you now 🙂
And a good poem. But I think there are certain scenarios and relationships where putting others in front of us, especially our loved ones would give us more joy. Just my opinion 🙂

    1. Thanks so much, Vignesh. Glad you liked it. I agree, though I feel that self care is vital to existence so if we neglect ourselves, we serve no one. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, my friend. Have an amazing day.💕
