What made you break and fall away?
Sweet jaded boy, are you okay?
Did you recover self control?
Did your heart mend, do you feel whole?

I hope positive fills your days,
that happiness soon comes to stay,
wish inner faith conquers old fears,
ignites your steps throughout each year.

Dear jilted boy, do you feel strong?
Has time rectified every wrong?
Did that white mask finally slip?
Did a pure smile land on your lips?

I pray your path is ever bright,
may past lessons carry insight,
forgiveness helps clear off great pain,
so tomorrow could offer gain.
