Transform

Silhouette of my emotions
Shadowed heart, unfair devotion

Paint my mind bright
Clear the dark night
Help me feel right
Touch me with light

Sculpt my feelings, smooth commotions
Sketch all doubts, convert old notions

Draw my thoughts new
Erase the blues
Stir in known clues
Mark my words true

Unframed being, full promotion
Knowledge flows just like the ocean

Great predictor
Hangs a fixture
Happy mixture
Creates picture

  3. This is structured so beautifully, Grace. Poetry shouldn’t just read well, it should also sound good and be visually appealing, and this one checks all the boxes. Such good writing, my friend. πŸ™‚
