A transparent act.

  1. Oh ain’t it the truth! Brilliant write Grace. but i can’t help singin.. tell me lies tell me sweet little lies. I asked Sheereen if she could air brush the wrinkles out of my pic today and she said “they are signs of wisdom”. I said “just lie to me”. She said “I cannot tell a lie”.

I laughed…. I got more wrinkles on the account of it but had fun. ha ha πŸ˜‚πŸ’–

    1. I love that song, Cindy. I agree with Sheereen β€œthey are signs of wisdom”. As the saying goes “Like fine wine we get better with time”.πŸ’•πŸ€£πŸ’•

  2. Humans become separate from animals with these traits. And the extraordinary thing is he or she loves acting. Our society is built on lies.

  3. I’ve experienced so many of these sugar-coated lies in my life, I should be diabetic by now. Who needs the drama? I’d rather have boring transparency any day. Another tiny gem of poetry, Grace. πŸ™‚
