Remembrance

A glowing spark
fills up the air.
I see your light
in every stare
.

Presence exudes
a stardust hue.
Droplets of you
create my view.

I search above
fluorescent stars,
to feel your wink
when you are far.

I see your smile
light up the sky.
A mystic ache
swells up my eyes.

A deep sorrow
stands in my throat.
You are now gone
I hold your coat.

Shadow my thoughts
I feel you near.
Never alone
this day each year
.
