Planted with Hope

A seed left alone,
relies on the earth.
Prays bright sprouts are grown ,
her reasons for birth.

Life without purpose,
is her greatest fear.
Sun rays soon surface,
warm shine dry her tears.

With unknown details,
of what she will be.
embraces the tales,
exchanged by the trees.

Trees spoke of a time,
when they did not know,
the shape of their climb,
how high they would grow.

They learned from the breeze,
to simply exhale,
their breath move the seas,
push winds to a sail.

Her seamless swift growth,
stuns her with surprise.
Trust in nature’s oath,
kisses fears goodbye.

Aware of her mission,
felt great inner power,
petals sparkled visions,
love buds form flowers.

  1. Your words and picture are so powerful and all of this happens out of any awareness of how it’s supposed to go. We learn so much from nature Grace. Just beautiful! 💞

  2. Wow! Great! What a lovely poem on this Earth Day, Grace! Hape is the key to survival 😊💐❤️
