Guiding Light

Guide me like a lighthouse,
illuminate my path.
Remove stagnant self doubts,
vanquish all unseen wraths .

Downpours of great wisdom,
come to narrate this life.
Cascade with warm bright beams,
that will live in my eyes.

Reflective ever free,
gleam sun rays everyday.
Flow like the serene sea,
at night with peaceful waves.

Help me feel self assured,
as held fears disappear.
Make my heart beat so pure,
my soul swiftly flies clear.

Shiny star in the sky,
twinkles with endless thoughts.
Capture wishes thrown high,
with pure intentions caught.

Planted with Hope

A seed left alone,
relies on the earth.
Prays bright sprouts are grown ,
her reasons for birth.

Life without purpose,
is her greatest fear.
Sun rays soon surface,
warm shine dry her tears.

With unknown details,
of what she will be.
embraces the tales,
exchanged by the trees.

Trees spoke of a time,
when they did not know,
the shape of their climb,
how high they would grow.

They learned from the breeze,
to simply exhale,
their breath move the seas,
push winds to a sail.

Her seamless swift growth,
stuns her with surprise.
Trust in nature’s oath,
kisses fears goodbye.

Aware of her mission,
felt great inner power,
petals sparkled visions,
love buds form flowers.

Fall for Spring

Perfect weather,
enjoy the yard.
inner pleasure,
sorrows discard.

Fresh sprouts of life
through withered leaves,
clears away strife,
helps hearts believe.

Smooth crisp cool breeze
absorbs the sun.
blissful release
magical fun.

A crunchy walk,
peeks of lush green,
strong trunks and stalks,
beautiful scene.

Wonderful place,
relax in peace.
No time or space,
pure joys increase.

Water droplets,
shimmer light hues.
Endless solace,
wishes come true.

Repossess

Flags hang day and night,
to symbolize hope.
Hopes swiftly fly high,
held by thin sheer ropes.

Ropes made of sharp thorns,
cut worn callused hands.
Hands become so scorned,
as knowledge expands.

Expands pure power,
kept hidden inside.
Inside the tower,
where energies hide.

Hides what scared egos,
refuse to accept.
Accept, bright light flows,
dismiss all the rest.

The rest fills up needs,
a balancing act.
Acts done without greed,
ensures love attracts.

Attracts a new path,
opens many roads.
Roads lead to success,
new journeys unfold.

Journey though Time

It happened fast,
within a flash.
Sounds of a blast,
dimensions crash.

Traveled through space,
went back in time.
Feet still in place,
explosions chime.

Vibrate from rings,
as tears cascade.
Canonball flings,
like live grenades.

Shut both eyes tight,
pray to be home.
See colored lights,
memories roam.

Another life,
lived long ago,
with war and strife,
a fearful show.

Blinked once or twice,
then came right back.
Serene and nice,
all things intact.

A peaceful park,
structure holds pain.
Evokes heart sparks,
positive gain.

Fixed Instrument,
historic throne.
Mixed sentiments,
respect is shown.

Thoughts for You

Sit by the lake, to get a break,
thoughts do not shake, hopes re awake.
Trees look so bare, feel the brisk air,
release my cares, wish all was fair.

Life made up new, built just by you,
intentions true, with open views.
Kiss filled with grace, placed on your face.
floats high in space, love is embraced.

All goals are reached, learn to then teach,
acceptance speech, no need to preach.
Live and let live release then give,
do not relive, instead forgive.

Expect the best, pass every test,
obtain each quest, greet days with zest.
Fulfill your soul, make yourself whole,
by letting go, obtain control.

Timber

Gallop like a prancer,
thirsty for a change,
search for a sound answer,
to this twisted game.

Listen to soft whispers,
carried by the breeze,
chant clear words of wisdom,
directed at me.

Old resentments fly free,
all lessons are prized,
Tired, lonely, sad tree,
thrilled from this surprise.

Fallen tears left behind,
as thunder and rain.
Greater stories will find,
adventures and gain.

No longer exhausted,
hydrated at last.
Happily supported,
all voids fill up fast.

Meadow

A vast field offers pure hope,
nurses urgent need to cope.
Melodies in the warm breeze,
windmill rotates with pure ease.

Chirping birds sing as they fly,
rainbows cover light blue skies.
Messages echo the air,
wishes mend away all cares.

Nature trickles with glories,
pretty pictures paint stories.
Fireflies flutter all night,
so much beauty, divine sight.

Smilie to greet the silver moon,
How did this day pass so soon?
Yawn for sleep under star lights,
hear the wind sweep a goodnight.

Set Free (Crimson Creative Challenge #212)

A mountain of lies,
built one at a time,
increasing in size,
right before my eyes.

A city of trust,
all covered with dust,
provokes deep disgust,
hopes begin to rust.

An ocean of pain,
swoops into my brain,
foresees greater gain,
breaks off buried chains.

A field of bright dreams,
light form orbs that gleam,
tears flow with the stream,
soul feels clear and beams.

A garden of hope,
blossoms, pick to cope,
old slippery slopes,
sealed in envelopes.

An island of thoughts,
displays inner force,
as life runs its course,
discover the source.

Bright

Infinite light,
shines from above,
gifts of insight,
glimpses of love.
Kiss on the head,
closes his eyes,
baptizes heart,
feels so divine.

Infinite light,
shines from within,
permeates bright,
covers his skin.
Penetrates pores,
strikes like thunder,
no need for more,
fulfills hunger.

Infinite light,
shines bright outside,
chases the dark,
no place to hide.
Miracles bless,
all with one touch,
constant essence,
never too much.

Infinite light,
shines connections,
an endless might,
forms perfection.
Loves his heart whole,
for once complete,
helps guide his soul,
through paths he meets.
