Guiding Light

Fill my lungs with hopes once lost,
till my heart thaws and defrosts.
All resentments slowly fall,
listen as inner peace calls.

Gain more strength with each sunrise,
feel the warm rays ease my sighs.
Yellow light, holds me so close,
adoring and so grandiose.

Spirit walks right by my side,
goes unseen yet does not hide.
Helps me wonder through my days,
knowing love will always stay.

Doubts try to invade at times,
but their presence can not climb.
Glowing lamp shines through the night,
moonlight ensures dreams are bright.

  5. So deep. …..”Fill my lungs with hopes once lost…till my heart thaws and defrost”

This poem is rich with touching imagery. There are messages images convey to us that a 1000 words cannot express.

    Brilliant poem. Well-written.
