Great write!
Thanks so much, Lamittan.💕
Most welcome, Grace.
Maybe if we refuse to possess the problem it will disappear – although I did hear once I’d we all threw our problems onto a table and had to pick any of them to take back we would usually choose our own.
That’s very interesting. I could totally see that. Though other peoples problems are usually easier to resolve. Thanks for sharing.💕
Indeed they are. Lovely poem, Grace. 💖

Thanks so much, my friend.💕
Always welcome, Grace 💖
The problem is that sometimes we escalate the severity of our own problems to the point where we give up even trying to address them, when in reality they may not be quite as overwhelming as we think. Talking with others (family, friends, and especially professionals) can reset our compass and help us see our problems for what they really are, and provide us with the means to deal with them more effectively. No magic pills here, unfortunately, just lots of hard, ongoing work. 🙂
Absolutely, Mike.Well said, my friend.💕
