Just stare. Reflections are not only in glass or water. Watch the wind in the trees or the surf on the shore. Even the darkness in a quiet, night-struck room. It reflects more in the mind than any mirror will show the eye.
I wont lie–looking at my reflection is difficult, embracing what I see is next to impossible. But there’s really no alternative if one wants to find any degree of happiness and contentment. Thanks for your wise words, Grace. They make a difference. 🙂
