Gentle

Invisible tears that spill from sad eyes,
no invitations,
or reasoning why.

Inaudible screams can sometimes be heard,
filled with hidden fears,
that may sound absurd.

Internal worries can at times take place,
crumbling inside,
yet displaying grace.

One never knows what another holds in,
stop pointing out flaws,
judging foreign sins.

Remember that others reflect for you,
projections you make,
ignite what comes through.

Try being a friend, distributing love,
allow your presence,
to shine from above.

  1. This is amazing, my dear Grace. I absolutely love the style and message in this one, so beautifully unique! And that last stanza is just perfection, truly! Incredibly well done, my friend 🖤🤗

  2. Such a warm and beautifully written piece! My favourite part was “yet displaying grace” 😁 Keep spreading out the love, dear Grace ❤❤

  3. I love the above rhymes through you, a place of grace, heard gently. Let us give grace to sad eyes, to the hidden treasure, for there is a symphony inside with strings of hope, horns of fears, with absurd percussion, but yet a masterpiece is being composed that waits for a harmony to emerge until tears of joy can at last fall visible into the world for us to redeem.
