Choose to release,
search inner core,
pure bliss or peace,

Mind conceives,
what lays ahead,
eyes then perceive,
joy versus dread.
Hurt hearts relive,
pain steered by guilt,
the love one gives,
cause life to tilt.

purge fear and hate,
