Con

Endless carrot chase.
An alluring deception.
Stop playing their game.

  1. What struck me as so fundamentally important in this visual art representation is that that carrot may not necessarily be something the chimpanzee found in the wild, and could simply be a lure for whatever the experiment it is being subjected to. How dreadful! And yet, this abuse is going on, I enjoy the connection to nature, even the rediscovery of it, and the primitivism in the message: important when juxtaposed against current issues and events; we should find ways to support and secure nature: the pandemic lockdowns proved that nature is not here for are disposal. The path forward should be to find ways in which we can embrace our world, instead of terrorizing it, and forcing innocent creatures to bend to our will. The nature activist, druid, in me appreciates this simple, and yet complex haiku. Thanks, for sharing.

    1. I didn’t see it that way. I see it as a picture of a chimpanzee enjoying a carrot without the chase. Thanks for sharing your perspective on it. I love seeing things from different views.❤️
