But it’s been over 25 years and I occasionally tell him how proud I am of him, especially smoking since he was a teenager. So, I’m proud of you too Grace! 🥰💖😘 What a great feat! 🙏🏼

Dear Grace, little wins make you appreciate the big ones when they come. You’re so very welcome. I didn’t realize how deciding to quit a habit can be so challenging. I didn’t understand the struggle because I was never a serious smoker. I tried it in high school and got sick as a dog. But such victories deserve a standing ovation. It ain’t easy!
