Fall and Rise

Crescent moon starts September,
copper hues sprinkle warm light,
soft multicolored embers,
envelope each autumn night.

Dangling sounds tap a tick tock,
streamline emotional keys,
freeing every fastened lock,
that protect all memories.

Stillness savors the sweet taste,
yesterday carries honey,
lingered echoes that retrace,
golden clear skies shine sunny.

Ignite crumbled paper dreams,
silver ashes, charcoal smoke,
absorb mystical bright beams,
that no time or space could cloak.

Melancholic feelings rise,
without words left to describe,
the dense negative demise,
leads straight to positive vibes.

Break of day moves life forward,
then resets all inner clocks,
takes great steps that lead toward,
a pure well lit endless dock.
