Could not believe I skipped that line,
but words appeared before my eyes.
The new meaning swiftly aligned,
filled me with glee, felt so surprised.
I read this book a thousand times,
could not believe I skipped that line.
It followed great reason and rhyme,
but this new phrase made this book shine.
Pictures and sayings, well combined,
made so much sense, I felt so wise,
could not believe I skipped that line,
I thought I had it memorized.
My first real book perfect design,
knew every word it was all mine.
One sentence changed what I defined,
could not believe I skipped that line.
