Infinite Dad

Protective teacher, greatest friend,
infinite bond without an end.
Before each fall your hand extends.
My wrongs and rights you would defend.

With just one look, into my eyes,
you knew all truths I tried to hide.
Always candid, laughed at my lies,
so many fights that made you sigh.

A mix of strength and affection
taught me great faith with direction.
You made life safe, gave protection,
an ultimate mute connection.

Your heart my home with open doors,
festive embrace that I adored,
sincerest love felt at my core,
stories you told made me want more.

Walked by my side showed me you cared,
gave me advice, wisdom you shared,
ignited light made sure I dared,
then you were gone, I felt so scared.

Now you are free from any pain,
I celebrate memories gained,
your body is gone, essence remains,
nothing can break our strong linked chain.

Fatherly

More than a dad, devoted soul,
one title with multiple roles.
Selfless, consistent provider,
assured, caring, hopeful guider.

Solid blessing in every life,
push others dreams, clears away strife.
Fearless guard, constant protector,
vigilant danger detector.

Devotion filled with empathy,
sincere support holds sympathy.
Counselor, great mindful leader,
laborer, generous feeder.

Highlights best knowledgeable ways,
versatile handyman at play.
Brilliant, wise, effortless teacher,
confident, all knowing preacher.

Chauffeur, comic, hip DJ,
assures all things run okay.
Encourager, constant helper,
nurturer, warm goal impeller.

Father, husband, and super man,
execute to complete great plans.
Loyal, true everlasting friend,
unconditional love transcends.
