Swallow my sadness
like it is a pill.
Exposing my heart
I stumble, it spills
.

Swift hollow dulled pain,
consuming my chest.
My smile shining bright,
inside I need rest.

Shadow of my soul
haunts me to the core.
The more I receive
further, I deplore.

Wallow in dim pride,
a well-disguised ploy.
To keep worries far,
behave like a toy.

Mirrored reflection,
intently I stare.
See my younger self,
then whisper I care.

Summon inner strength,
demand it to stay,
command it to grow,
with each passing day.

Self Forgiveness (Published at MasticadoresIndia)

I am so happy to announce that my poem Self Forgiveness is featured at MasticadoresIndia. I would love to thank Terveen Gill and the team at MasticadoresIndia for all of their support.

With lowered eyes
and a hushed mouth,
silence my sighs,
while in mid route.

Plastered smiles fly,
push sorrows down.
Happy disguise,
covers deep frowns.

Frantic inside,
loud voices shout,
hurt and chastised,
in and throughout.

Anniversary (Published at MasticadoresIndia)

I am so happy to announce that my poem Anniversary is featured at MasticadoresIndia. I would love to thank Terveen Gill and the team at MasticadoresIndia for all of their support.

Inhaling each breath you exhale,
knowing our love could never fail.
A part of me lives in your eyes,
your presence makes my spirit fly.

We met each other magically,
to change our lives so drastically.
Enhanced by our diversity,
our love extends eternally.

Swimming through life, collecting facts,
while gaining proof that pile in stacks.
Flying in our own hourglass,
forming fond memories as they pass.

Thank you so much for all of your kindness and support. 💕
